Born in Wellington, OH, raised in Medina, and now calling Oberlin home, she brings a strong local connection to her role. Before joining State Farm, Jordan developed her customer service and organizational skills as a Bobbi Brown Makeup Artist and Skin Care Professional at Nordstrom in Columbus, along with serving as an Office Manager for an endodontics office in Medina. Those experiences transitioned naturally into her work in insurance and continue to shape how she supports customers today.
As the dedicated point person for current customers, Jordan assists with a wide range of needs, including billing questions, and coverage updates for auto or home insurance. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, working out at the Westlake Recreation Center, and taking her Siberian Husky, Doug, out for jogs. Jordan is also an avid cook who enjoys creating healthy, satisfying meals, with a special focus on gluten‐free baking. One of the original members of the team, she joined the office just two weeks after it opened in January 2015 and remains a valued part of the Jim Cahlik State Farm team. Although born in Georgia, she now proudly calls Olmsted Falls home and brings more than 25 years of experience working with State Farm customers. Throughout her career, Barb has assisted customers with a variety of insurance needs, including auto, home, and life insurance, and values the relationships built along the way.
