We are located in North Ridgeville on Center Ridge Road. Previously we were just down the street still on Center Ridge but in the King James building in Westlake. I have been helping individuals with State Farm Auto Insurance, Life Insurance, Home Insurance, and Renter's Insurance since 2011. I was born in Parma, raised in Medina, and attended Highland High School. After graduating I attended The Ohio State University and graduated in 2010 with Honors and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology as well as a General Business Minor before joining the State Farm team. I have two young boys and a baby girl. Jim is currently a blue belt trainning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at Hurricane in Cleveland. We also enjoy spending time in the woods around our home in Oberlin. We currently have three members of the team in local BNI (Business Networking International - a business referral organization) Chapters all of which have leadership positions. If you are in production role or a business owner and are working on growing your business, please reach out we'd love to have you visit one of our chapters. I spent some time playing for as well as currently sponsoring the Cleveland Rovers RFC. In my teens I held an AMA professional Flat Track Motorcycle Racing license and still participate from time to time in Vintage Flat Track Races when someone asks me to ride for them. Our family is a member of the Triangle Motorcycle Club in Harpster, OH.

We are a little bit different than most other insurance offices in that we take the time to understand individuals' situations and help them manage their everyday risks.

We especially love working with small businesses including plumbers, HVAC, restaurants, salons/hairstylists, rental properties, apartments, and many more. We provide fidelity and surety bond policies.

We offer personalized insurance and financial services for individuals all across Ohio including but not limited to Westlake, North Olmsted, Avon, Avon Lake, Fairview Park, Sheffield Lake, Oberlin, Amherst, Medina, Hinckley, Brunswick, Parma, Wadsworth, Navarre, and Olmsted Falls. We also assist with customer relocations to all areas of Ohio. We primarily help with auto, renter's, condo, home, life, and business insurance but offer much more as well.

Jordan was born in Wellington, OH raised in Medina and has now landed in Oberlin. Before working at State Farm Jordan was a Bobbi Brown Makeup Artist/Skin Care Consultant at Nordstrom in Columbus and an Office Manager for an endodontics office in Medina. She felt that the skills she learned while working as an Office Manager would transition over well into the insurance field and they have! Jordan is our point person for helping our current customers with anything from billing and coverage changes, to claims concerns. She enjoys spending time with her family, working out at the Westlake Recreation Center, and taking her Siberian Husky (Doug) out for jogs. She's also an avid cook focusing on making healthy meals that still taste great and are satisfying. She has a particular knack for Gluten Free baking for folks that need it. Jordan was one of our first team members starting with our office just two weeks after we opened in January 2015. She is an extremely important part of our team!

Although born in Georgia, Barb now calls Olmsted Falls her home. She has been part of the Jim Cahlik State Farm team since day 1! She considers it a privilege and pleasure to have serviced State Farm customers for over 25 years. She has three children with her oldest daughter also being part of the State Farm family. Barb may not have seen it all, but she's seen quite a bit. Sharing this knowledge and experience with customers allows for smooth handling of many customer concerns. Barb is a great addition to our team!
